Ultra-low Sulphur Gasoline(ULSG) and Ultra-low Sulphur Diesel(ULSD) fuel causes imbalances with solubilized oxygen and dissolved air in the fuel, along with other factors caused by highly pressurized fuel systems. This solubilized oxygen and dissolved air contaminating the fuel, leads to a substantial loss in the fuel’s energy density, as well as damage to the fuel delivery systems components from fuel cavitation erosion.
